Issue with room that they sorted quickly

Rooms have strange decoration and have lots of cracks on the walls. Window wouldn't close, and we were above the lounge, which vibrated with the bass until after 12am. Carpets very dirty and rooms smelled

It was very welcoming and treated with good engery It was all clean and smelled good

The Mattress could do with changing

Nothing was cold no heating

No heating bedroom was freezing bed was uncomfy couldn’t sleep

Unable to gain access to the property, although offered a refund this has spoilt the weekend for me as I picked my partner up from Grimsby and we had to return home.

Facilities clean and tidy room was clean bedding was fresh

The staff member wasn’t around for check in so had to wait around for almost 2 hours but they allowed us to check out 2 hours later so that was appreciated

I did not manage to stay at this property as after several messages -& phone calls I could not contact anyone at. This property so I had to return home

The fact that no one could've contacted

I had a couple of issues with my room and the management was excellent. He changed my mattress and fixed an electrical issue in no time. Really helpful and happy to help to make my stay as good as possible.
