Onsite ski hire shop. Bakery service Spa facilities with plenty of saunas and steam rooms to use other than the comments above. Free onsite parking Apartment served its purpose but be wary if a large group they are small. I wouldn't stay again but it's not solely down to Pierre Vacances as they can't change some things.

The apartment was dusty on the floor and lacked storage for clothes. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and if we had 6 people in there it would have been a struggle for space overall. No where to put clothes. 1 bedroom had 1 wardrobe to hang clothes but no drawers for folded clothes. We used one suitcase to keep clothes in. Pillows were horrible, with no support and only 1 pillow each luckily we had spares due to not using the sofa bed. Duvet was heavy, falling off the bed on to the dusty floor and the bed was uncomfortable. Ski locker was difficult to locate, the locker number on the key to represent the actual signs in the locker area would have helped rather than just our room number. Monitoring of who uses the spa facilities as we saw a few children under the age of 14 using them. Also, someone vaping in there. No staff around to check facilities were clean etc. Kids in the pool jumping in and playing with an inflatable ball. I know kids play but dont have signs saying not to do this and alllow it to happen. One child jumped in, nearly on my head. Again no-one to monitor this and some younger children seemed unsupervised by a parent. Had to go up to Aime 2000 using a few lifts to get to the nearest Spa shop which shuts at 7.30pm. Choice of restaurants were lacking for those who have children bearing in mind ours is 14 years old. Ski in to the apartment was tricky and not ideal for beginners. Steep, moguls and dangerous even after snow had fallen it didn't change. We had to use a different route. Ski out was OK as the slope down from the apartment was better. Lack of bus service to Plagne Centre and had to rely on the telemetro which after using a few lifts to get to it on occasions was very busy and on another didn't work.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and room was well equipped and spacious for a ski chalet

Pool was quite cold. Would be nice to have a jacuzzi

staff were not very helpful in assisting a problem I had with the booking. when booking online a mistake was made, I called the hotel and a staff member told me to cancel and rebook it would be no problem. now 2 payments have left my account and no one at the hotel wanted to help atall. blaming others even though I was told directly by the hotel to cancel and rebook. currently going through the process trying to sort, and it’s no better.

The wellness centre, ski out and easy accessibility to facilities in resort

Fantastic location for skiing - high altitude ‘ski in, ski out’, and fabulous views. Individual ski lockers, lift passes available at the reception and ski rental also on site. Free parking (outside).

Beds weren’t the most comfortable, and the walls between rooms weren’t particularly well sound proofed.
