Communication almost did not exist with local desk. called the from desk few times and no answer and no return calls when leaving a message. I wanted to check out late and the front desk dismissed this immediately and said no , all I wanted just an extra hour.

Loved the property! The room was huge and close to the pool.

We experienced some problems with the original room we checked into. The staff was extremely helpful and addressed our concerns by moving us to an upgraded room. My children loved the pools and lazy river. The free shuttle to the beach was great. I spoke with customer service at Hosteeva regarding the original room we checked into. They were very responsive and made things right for us.

Pools were great, kids loved them! Would definitely go again.

For starters, the condo needs a few upgrades and renovations. 1. There were so many fruit flies in the condo that we had to buy stuff to get rid of them. 2. The bedding needs serious upgrades. The comforters are old and worn, the one in the master was hideous and looked dirty. 3. Broken chair in the living area, broken chair and ottoman on the balcony. The pull out sofa had no linens, and could use a new liner. 4. We paid 500/ per night during peak season and we couldnt even get a second garbage bag for the kitchen. This price included a cleaning fee, which we were required to have all the dishes clean and put away, and to take all the trash out. The $200 cleaning charge was basically to change the linens and replace the one batch of towels and face rags that were first provided. Seems like a steep price to pay. Upon running out of towels I was informed I'd have to wash the ones we were first provided. Dishes, laundry, trash and shopping for very basic items like salt, pepper, sugar and garbage bags is not an ideal thing to do when paying such a high price for vacation...... We loved the pools, lazy river and the outside hot tubs. However, The indoor pools and hot tubs were very dirty and had a white milky film, and were so full of chemicals the smell was overwhelming when I entered that area. I made him get out immediately and by that afternoon It gave my son a rash on his bottom that we're still treating.

Hot water heater was broken in room stsyed one day to pay 300 dollar cleaning fee wasn't told about

Room was dirty, den furniture torn up, walls were all marked up- place needs updating. I noticed the main desk at 8 that I would be checking out of my room but was hanging out waiting to get in my new room ( due to having to extend my stay- I town for a baseball tournament). They took down my name to call me as soon as it was ready. I received the call at 3:30 -normal check in is at 4. Courtesy would have been to bump that room up towards top of the cleaning room list. After getting in the room it was dirty and management had to be called. Out of the $208 fees applied to the 1 Night stay $175 was for cleaning- what a JOKE!!!
