Good situation well presented Excellent staff Breakfast very good Loved Bowness on Windermere

Could have done with a cosy lounge area not Big a couple of chairs maybe little sofa

Fantastic location and lovely sized rooms with good facilities.

Parking was quite limited as a busy pub spot in the centre.

The staff are exceptional, the lady who checked us in late in the night. The gentleman who kindly helped us with the luggage and the two lovely gentlemen who provided excellent service on extremely hot and busy day. Nothing was too much for them . The breakfast spread was good.The view from the room good.

The rooms were very dusty , the bedding didn't seem very fresh. We stayed for a night and arrived late so didn't really raise any concerns. But for the price the standards were not high enough. I am not usually one to complain but this wasn't what I had expected

We arrived on Sunday evening after 10pm. I rang them to inform them of our alte arrival and I was immediately offered a taxi phone number. The person at the bar checking us in was super friendly, despite the late time. Our room ,3 dults was super spacious, the bathroom is large. heating is great. The breakfast is generous and morning breakfast staff were super funny. The hotel is well located.

Nothing.

Theocation was excellent and the breakfasts were very nice witj lots to choose from.

Weekend prices are higher than necessary.
