Bed had a fall on it, Shower height adjustment didnt work

Location was excellent for walking to the lake as well as around the town. Many dining options were close by and the food at the Inn was tasty. We especially liked the breakfast options that included traditional continental faire as well as protein with various egg dishes. Solid choice for our family of 6 spanning 3 generations and they were kind enough to have our rooms next to each other.

Lovely large bedroom with extra lounge room, well appointed bathroom, all immaculately clean. The hotel itself is cosy and friendly with loads of character and the staff are all really friendly. The breakfast choice and service was excellent.

The only minor point would be that from our room (15) there was access to a nice little sun-trap to the rear. Although on a slope we thought it would benefit from having some seating such as a bistro table and a couple of chairs to enjoy the outside space.

The room is a basement with no level window. Never been to jail but imagine e it's like that.

Room & ensuite v small and both not the cleanest. Staff v busy with bar service, so check in reception unmanned & felt like an inconvenience. Breakfast ok but only tea /filter coffee included (extra for cappuccino). Disappointing stay and not worth the amount charged.

Great staff member at desk very welcoming. Breakfast was lovely.

Black mould covered quite a large area of the ceiling in the room which caused us both to wake up with coughs. Could feel the springs in the rooms.
