Comfortable. The staff were lovely and friendly.

A few small issues in the room which I reported to the staff member on duty when I checked out. She was very appreciative of my face to face feedback.

Very clean, large common areas, convenient location and a beautiful garden.

Rather tired interior and room amenities, not that comfortable, and easy to hear noise from other rooms. Staff not that welcoming and seemed in short supply

Location. Friendly staff.

Lighting in the restaurant is appalling. By day the room is austere; by night it is gloomy and uninviting. Three dim chandeliers suspended in the middle cast hardly any light on the dark brown tables. We asked for candles but still could not see what we were eating.
