"Good hotel, lovely gardens and great location."

8.0

Fab location.

We couldn’t open the windows in the downstairs bedroom. You need to be able to ventilate a room, was very stuffy. The carpet could have done with cleaning or a new one.

"Lovely room, great location, shame about the breakfast."

7.0

The room and the location.

The Barman and his mate at the bar were trying too hard to provide comedy value, but I found them sarcastic and irritating. The eggs at breakfast should have been poached, but they came out hard-boiled. Really poor.
