Het hotel is prachtig gelegen aan zee. Je kan zo het strand opwandelen. De terrassen en de zwembaden zijn heel mooi. 1 zwembad was echt goed verwarmd. De bedjes hebben dikke kussens die allemaal kraaknet zijn. Heel het domein is trouwens super proper. Ontbijt en diner kan buiten op de mooie binnenplaats. Er zijn wel weinig plaatsen dus niet zo eenvoudig om een tafeltje te bemachtigen. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid, er ontbreekt niets. Wat onze verwachtingen heeft overtroffen is het diner. Buffet maar geen grote bakken die er uren staan. Wel eerder een foodmarket. Overal bordjes met kleine gerechtjes, gepresenteerd zoals in een goed restaurant. Verse vis en vlees worden gebakken door het personeel en de garnituur die bij het gerecht past, staat klaar. Er was heel veel variatie. Alles werd door poetspersoneel voortdurend in het oog gehouden. Elke gemorste druppel onmiddellijk opgeruimd. Zelfs een hele kaasafdeling met personeel dat je kaasbordje klaar maakt. Alleen al voor het eten zouden we teruggaan. De andere gasten zijn bijna uitsluitend Duitsers. Toen wij er waren veel oudere koppels. Heel rustige sfeer.

De kamers zijn gedateerd. De badkamer heeft een douche in het bad. Echt heel ouderwets. De inrichting van de kamer is niet mooi. Gordijnen vuil, stoffen bekleding van het bed gescheurd. Kamers zijn drie sterren in plaats van 5! Voor de bedjes op het strand moet betaald worden en dat in het laagseizoen, 8.5 euro per bed. Parking 15 euro per dag. Dat zou inbegrepen moeten zijn. S'avonds live muziek buiten wat dus in alle kamers echt luid te horen is. Gelukkig maar tot half 11.

Es war der perfekte Aufenthalt. Es stimmte einfach alles in diesem Haus. Das Personal ist hochmotiviert, der Service exzellent. Wir erhielten ein Ugrade in ein größeres Eckzimmer, welches wir sehr genossen haben. Die Hotellobby ist beeindruckend, die Hotelanlage wunderschön konzipiert. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Hervorragende Lage direkt hinter den Dünen, geräumige Zimmer, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeitende, sehr erlesene und unglaublich vielfältige Büfetts.

Das Rauchen auf den Balkonen ist störend und sollte auf Raucherbereiche beschränkt werden.

From the Reception desk to the restaurant and bars, service is just excellent. The housekeepers are lovely, smiling, efficient and polite all the time. The reception area is beautiful, with lots of quiet and comfy settees and a bid TV screen for football lovers. Room is nice and comfortable with a good bed and pillows, chairs and balcony. Food is excellent, both for breakfast and dinner, with lots of varieties for all tastes. I just would like the bar to have some snacks like tapas in the evenings – the only option for dinner was the buffet restaurant. Perhaps half board is a better option – we were only on BB basis – but we are conscious that buffet food for 7 nights can become quite boring. We hired a car – which we recommend – and visited many different beautiful places around. Be aware that the hotel charges 15 Euros a day for parking but it is free to park on the road from October onwards. The Hotel has different musical entertainment every night, which was very good. The only problem is the location – which actually is not hotel’s fault. Yes, you can walk about 10 minutes to reach a precinct with bars and restaurants; however, it is an almost a deserted area with most of places closed in October - not sure about summer. Options for places with food/drinks were very limited. I believe the management is aware that there are not many options for food around but they do their very best to provide good food/drinks and keep you entertained.

Absolutely perfect, beautiful hotel. Everything was flawless and better than expected and it was excellent value for money. The staff are wonderful. The only negative were the birds flying around the breakfast room. For a 5 star hotel which is so clean, it was very surprising to have birds inside in the breakfast room. As someone who has a fear of birds, it was very unsettling and I didn't think it was very hygenic. Aside from this the everything was just fabulous.

Front Desk staff was very professional and friendly. I arrived and was not feeling well and they immediately showed sympothy, I got a water kettle within 10' of our checkin to be able to drink tea. throughout our stay they were very customer-friendly. Breakfast and dinner buffets were really good with many options and freshly prepared meals (show cooking). the restaurant and bar personnel were very friendly. same with Housekeeping service. the rooms are also quite spacious and the beds are comfortable. every room has a balcony to enjoy the weather. I don't know if it was only the time of the year, but there were no mosquitos!! the beach is a dream!

Parking at the hotel is available at a charge of EUR 15/ day! is not clear when booking. fortunately there is an option to park on the main street which was free of charge. the sun beds on the beach are chargeable! at at cost of EUR 8.50 per person!! something we never experienced before and should have been communicated during check in. the beach bar has season closing a day after we arrived, so being on the beach meant, paying, but having to return to the hotel for drinks, food or a visit to the toilette.
