Enjoyed the ease of access to all amenities. More importantly the staff were amazing. From the night security who was very informative in checking us in late, to the pool bar staff who were always friendly to our family, to the cafe and restaurant staff catering to our needs.

The pool areas were maintained and kept very clean. Our family absolutely loved the pool facilities and used these multiple times a day, fantastic for the kids. We were happy with how big our apartment was and the space we all had was great.

The smell when you walk inside the hotel can only be described as mouldy water. It is a very unique smell and very hard to ignore, I feel like it gets worse the longer you stay there. The hotel is very dated and not in the best shape. This hotel would need to have a makeover for us to want to come again.
