Mantra Crown Towers

We were in GC Australia for our mothers 70th birthday. We are a large family - 6 siblings & their children. 19 adults & 15 children. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The pools & spa were a highlight although bit disappointing with the pirate ship pool for young children, as it was still under construction during our stay of 4-5 nights. The family rooms were spacious and perfect but a bit dated, some of them brand new maybe privately owned. The location was perfect, walking distance to the beach. Cafe - lovely ladies made great coffee and breakfast buffet was really good. Worth booking the breakfast buffet ahead of time as the chef was a bit overwhelmed with our numbers and had to cook fast to replenish the buffet for our family. Chef/owner of restaurant was lovely and friendly. Reception staff was friendly. Security person was always very helpful and we always felt safe in the evenings knowing he was around- he also takes great pictures! Great views from balcony. Would highly recommend for large families and we would definitely stay here again.

Rooms and furniture dated Cleanliness was ok Pirate ship pool under construction so we didn’t get to enjoy it

If you are looking for a bit of luxury, I wouldn't bother. The whole apartment was so so outdated, broken furniture in the kitchen, lounge and bedroom. Rooms in the apartment were old and smelt musty, bathroom was outdated. No shear curtain in the bedroom so needed to keep the block out blinds closed all the time. WiFI kept dropping out, couldn't use it. I won't be returning or recommending to family or friends.

Location was absolutely awesome

The construction site outside our room that started at 5am every morning and has flood lights directly into our room all night. That we were not informed about until I had already paid. Also the full pool was not open which again not informed until after payment .

Amazing location and lovely pools. The room was tidy, clean and spacious, while being an older style. I would definetly reccomend.

The older style of roof textured plaster and bathroom may not be everyone's cup of tea. Still a wonderful experience.

Nothing loved it all

We stay at this resort quite often and it never disappoints. Staff are always accommodating and cheerful.

The only downside is parking due to us always having two vehicles
