Le personnel à la réception est pro et très agréable

L’appartement n’a aucune visibilité sur l’extérieur et manque de luminosité

Le niveau de confort était très satisfaisant

L’absence de fenêtre ouverte sur la montagne

Nous connaissons la station et la résidence où nous venons 10 jours chaque été depuis 4 ans . Residence agréable bien équipée piscine et sauna bien située

L’appartement en lui même. Nous n’avons pas été clairement averti de sa situation: sous les toits , sans aucune vue sur l’extérieur, avec vis à vis sur l’autre appartement en face à moins de 10 m

Good access to slopes

Boot room needs updating, damp and smelly.

Location was great, room was nice

Have to pay for wifi, pool was closed, heating only comes on to 19 degrees making it difficult to dry gear, toilet light and bathroom door broken when we arrived and we booked a room with 4 single beds and a double, 2 of the single beds turned out to be a double sofa bed.

Good location for skiing

Pool was not in service and still says if you book it it’s available. Sauna was not available on the day we arrived Room was cold dark and damp in bathroom and ridiculous stairs that went upstairs as soon as you opened the door which is not practical. Balcony was crazy you looked out onto other rooms and no daylight. No heating at all and had engineers to try and fix but they wanted to supply portable heaters which was ridiculous you couldn’t have one of those in the bathroom. Managed to swap rooms after long discussions which they tried to charge us but didn’t. The room was better at least it was warm poor WiFi, terrible tv channels no international ones. The new room was better but very tired decor and had lots of decor issues and if you were a larger person you would struggle to get into the shower. The room we moved into was far better and if it wasn’t for persistence we would have been stuck in the other room.
