Hotel Fiesta Mexicana

Fue una buena estancia la limpieza bien y las instalaciones estubieron bien, sin embargo el mantenimiento del hotel dejo mucho que desear. La puerta del baño no cerraba la televisión nunca encendió y el recepción no nos ayudaron de mucho ya que nunca enviaron a alguien a revisarlo

Our first bad impression was at check-in, not friendly and did not explain anything, where the room was located, or where anything was. Second bad experience was the room, broken toilet sit cover, towel holder, no toilet paper holder and overall room very old and not clean. We requested to be moved to another room but same thing, attached pictures are from the room they moved us to. Over all service not good, bad food, weather was very hot and humid and no fans in the buffet area, if you got there a little late they were out of somethings. Almost forgot no locks in side the room (besides the lock to open door, very old doors and locks) I would not recommend this hotel

I came to this hotel with my family and friends. Being honest for the amount I paid I expected a normal service but it exceeded my expectations. I will totally stay in this hotel to my next trip to Manzanillo. Totally recommended.

Me dieron habitación compratida sin saberlo y a media noche ingresaron a mi habitacion

When i arrived they gave me the key to the wrong room, then I later learned that the hot water in my room didn’t work. Later, the staff gave at the front desk gave me attitude because they couldn’t find the paperwork for one of the rooms I had checked out of earlier that day (I had two rooms in my reservation). I don’t know how they’re lack of organization is my fault. The remotes to the rooms are not assigned to one specific room, so they can’t tell if the remotes for your room were turned in.

Su ubicación me gusta el hotel aunque está en mantenimiento la limpieza al cuarto regular la comida me gustó ok. 😎

AC was not working, tv was not working and this was at 9 pm so maintenance was gone for the day. AC got working few hourS later staff was apologetic. At checkout manager called Manuel did not care to hear about AC issue or TV not functional... not sure if he’s new at management but I do suggest he take. CUSTOMER SERVICE class.

Hotel sencillo, de buenas instalaciones, alberca no está climatizada, y la comida y bebidas de muy baja calidad así como el grupo de ambientadores deja mucho que desear
