"Excellent"

It’s was a okay experience. I didn’t really enjoy the loud music that they played during the day. The patio door of our room was terrible! It made a rusty noise when trying to open! It was terrible. Other than that it was an okay experience, it’s got a family get away not for couples.

"Worth it."

This hotel was okay for the price we paid. Very noisy, they dont have enough pool and bath towels for all guest which is just ridiculous, housekeeper left our door unlocked after servicing our room. Positive things about this hotel were that beds were very comfortable, ocean view and balcony was very nice, beach was beautiful. Do not miss going to La Boquita beach, 25 min. taxi ride 120.00 pesos each direction, was so worth it, amazing beach, calm waters, no waves, very safe swimming for everyone!

"Never Again"

Old, dated, unkept and stuffy. AC didn't work. Unable to open windows, they were locked down. Glad it was only one night. Don't recommend.

"Horrible experience "

This hotel is the worst, and they charge for a simple bracelet. The staff is rude , and not friendly at all. The pool closes at 7:30pm and they won’t allowed you near the beach. I understand that the beach is not safe , don’t promote the beach as a swimming beach. I had to go out town to swim in the beach. I had to leave this hotel before my check out date .

"Good family hotel"

Overall, the hotel is not the newest one but based on prize it’s adecuate. The checking in and out was with no complications however, they didn’t have clean towels for the pool and the young man at the towel station was hopeless. He didn’t even try to help. Thanks to the great help of Miguel, he went out of his way to fix the situation. Food is good and good variety. Besides the rough beginning, I enjoy the stay. I recommend it.

"This is NO NO NO! "

Please do not stay at this hotel. NO internet but at the lobby. NO Coffee service anywhere else but the restaurant (NO coffee makers or Machines anywhere). NOYSE ! Everywhere (cars, music, people talk) the walls are so thin you can listen to a next door fart no kidding ! Karaoke every night! You can listen to people clearly and loudly singing even at the fifth floor. NO towels in the bathroom. ONLY one thin sheet and TWO tiny pillos per bed. This hotel is INSANE. Please DO NOT stay here. Your vacation will be ruined if you do.
