Noise was an issue. Noise from the corridor at night, from the adjacent rooms and most of all from demolition/building works which started early and went on loudly through the day. No mention was made of this when booking or at check-in. Hotel location, comfortable bed, black-out curtains and general condition of the room were good points. Small tv in an odd position was a minor downpoint.

"Noisy and Dusty"

The room was spacious and large enough. Good location, it was in the middle of the main street. However, the air conditioning in our room did not work so we were roasting through the night. The towels were full of dust and the bathroom was also very dusty. It felt like the room wasnt cleaned for a long time. It was EXTREMELY noisy at 6-7am in the morning when the bin man was taking their rubbish and there were motorbike gangs outside so it just sounded like thunder. Then after that there was delivery of crates and all we could hear was staff screaming at each other.

Lovely hotel and lovely staff. One problem, they need more staff. The restaurant manager was run of his feet, to the point he was taking room service. We had booked dinner for 6.30pm. With a 1.45hr stay. No one came to our table until 7pm we had to then call someone for our drink order at 7.05pm. At 7.40pm still no food and we had children with us. I'm putting the delay down to shortage of staff. They are all trying their best and mistakes are being made. The staff need recognition for there hard work. Other than that we had a lovely stay. Nice hotel and very central. Would stay again 😊

Very central location to all shopping, bars and restaurants. Hotel is very comfortable to stay and the food is excellent. Staff are welcoming would highly recommend and stay again

Lovely stay in this hotel, clean and comfortable. Excess to hotel car park. It will be complete stay if there is coffee/tea maker in the room.
