Staff were very efficient and helpful. The 2 for 1 steak deal on a Thursday night was lovely. Food was very tasty in the restaurant. Live music was fab

"Quietest hotel room"

Definitely the quietest hotel room. There must be great sound proofing. We never heard one door close or anyone talking in the hall, this is despite the fact that there was a wedding reception in the hotel. The rooms are refurbished in a really lovely way. The only small issue is that the tiles on the floor in the bathroom are ice cold on your feet, brushing my teeth out using the toilet had to be done with socks on. Not an option coming out of the shower. Finally the service in the warehouse bar/restaurant was very good, exceptionally friendly. If we return I would request a room with more than a view of the car park wall.

I havnt a clue...because i cancelled it...and expedias website...is shockin...i contacted hotel and they said to cancel through expedia...i tried phonong expedia and website...couldnt do it...pathetic...then expedia email 1 day after the date and say sorry i had to cancel..

The property is located in the centre of Letterkenny and is walking distance to shops and Bars. The hotel has a bar attached which serves excellent food and is lively in the evening. The hotel lobby and exterior is nice and modern however rooms could do with being refurbished, the furniture is marked and bathroom outdated. Bath did not seem clean.

Location was good and the Warehouse food was perfect,rooms are dated and would need to be renovated.We were in room 218 and would not liked to have been any taller than 5 foot 4 as the toilet position faces the wall and the knees would be squashed.Found getting around the hotel a bit awkward also with all the different levels and the lifts being so bad but signs out back says they are renovating at the moment so maybe they will address some of the issues mentioned by there customers.
