Out of date snacks. Not enough tea or milk Young lady on front desk was quite rude to us when we had to collect our luggage as it wasn't taken to our room, as she left to get it we followed her to collect our bags with that we was told to go back for security reasons which I understand but her tone was not good.

Lovely hotel in a great position. Really friendly helpful staff.It is just opposite york gardens so it was a lovely short walk to the main attractions. The hotel was exceptional. Breakfast was really good, you filled out a form saying what you wanted and it was delivered to your room which we thought was a great idea.

Lovely hotel.. The hotel is in a great position. Lovely rooms..very clean. Comfy beds and very helpful and friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location. Staff greeting warm and welcoming. Room spacious, veey clean and brilliant shower. Excellent proxe for a saturday night stay in york.

We stay at the Jorvik House very regularly, and always receive a warm welcome when we arrive. The rooms are comfortable and stylish and the location is excellent, within easy reach of the station and a lovely walk into York centre via the park opposite. It is also in a very quiet road, especially during the evenings. Many thanks to the team!
