Lovely staff, room was very nice.

Excellent location. Most staff were friendlty and helpful, if rushed. Stylish decor.

Broken bedside lamp support, leaking coffee machine. No written information about how things worked eg TV, coffee machine, heating/ air conditioning - and even the breakfast menu was in tiny print. Worst of all our room was not attended to during our day out - it seemed we had to specifically ask for this. No suitable space for two people to eat breakfast anyway.

Great location near the centre but a very quiet street. Room spotless and new looking, great walk in shower, nice big fluffy towels. Comfy bed and nice bedding. Coffee machine in room and fresh milk available on request. Well stocked mini bar . Breakfast in room available but lots of good places very nearby.

Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. It had facilities for making tea and coffee, plus a mini bar you could purchase from was available. The one suite toilet and shower were a good size and had a supply of toiletries. The room also had a TV
