Loved the location, great area on Marygate. The decor was really nice. We stayed in the deluxe loft suite, would 100% recommend(if you are ok with quite steep steps). The room was large and set out well. Would stay here again. Had a very warm welcome from Ian, he was welcoming and helpful. All the staff are lovely.

Forgot my shower gel, used the ones provided, not the best quality (stated on the website it was a different product). Nothing major, loved everything else.

The bed was a bit too hard for our tastes

The loft room was amazing but I didn’t Anticipate the amount of stairs 😂

Tutto positivo. Posizione centrale proprio davanti al parco e a 7 minuti a piedi dalla stazione.

The deluxe loft suite is really worth the additional cost

So convenient for city centre. Very quiet street. Council car park very close which is expensive but not the hotels fault. Very comfy bed. Very clean. Nice products in bathroom. Tea making facilities. Staff friendly and helpful.

Lighting in the bedroom quite dingy. A nice subtle lamp would be good and warmer look ceiling lighting. Breakfast only served in your room and continental not full English.
