"Basic Hotel"

This hotel is fine. Nothing fancy. Front desk service was great however this hotel advised upon check in that they do not clean rooms every day. In the 3rd day, we asked them to clean and the best they could do is provide clean towels. Just be aware if you book this property.

Hotel lobby and hallways are updated and refreshing. The room was fine (renovated) other than the carpet. In the room we were in, the carpet was disgusting and needs replaced. Ample parking. Front desk staff are especially friendly. Free coffee in the morning in the lobby. There is a restaurant on site but we didn't use it. There is a Walmart, Hyvee and Fareway grocery within short driving distance. The bedding linen was super soft and comfortable and appeared clean.

There was nothing wrong about our stay. Room was just average. Over priced for the lack of service available. Beds were comfortable. Rooms are a little small.
