Best Western Fairmont

Average stay. Annoying when all amenities are not available.

The room was nice but the cost was a lot more than I would have liked to pay for a place to sleep. We tried to cancel one of the rooms and were told that cancellations were not allowed.

This Hotel is the Hotel to stay at! They put the C in Customer Service! The staff is amazing! They were able to get my family checked in a little early so we could make it to family wedding pictures on time! And helped us with directions to BlueEarth! So thankful for this! The hotel is super clean and fresh! The rooms are fantastic! Wifi worked perfect! The pool was exceptional, being heated got me in the pool -which is typically a difficult task if it is cold however the 8 ft pool was just right for my family and I! Such a great vacation, with fun times spent with family! The Green Mill's food was out of this world! And they took the time to get to know us! Btw, Not a crumb left on any of our plates, and we are a big family! Great times, great place, exceptional staff!!! They were helpful, knowledgeable, warm and welcoming! We are excited to go back to stay! <3

We came for a family wedding, the pool area is great. Tons of space for the entire family. WIFI wasn't the greatest. The bar area is fun, didn't stay open late enough for us. LOL. The staff was very polite and helpful. All in All, good stay. We usually stay at this facility when we are in town.

The hotel was generally fine. There were two issues I had. A) Having the room rate at $240 for the night was obscene. I get it was a busy time and had multiple events in the area. I paid to stay but will not pay again. B) Something in the room albeit sterile clean made my eyes puffy. I don’t have basic allergies.

The hotel had some electrical issues so they moved me rooms, which was totally fine. The staff you have is so kind and amazing. The only complaint I have was that there was an awful smell in the hotel and this could be from the electrical issue, but gave me the worst headache and made me throw up. However I had windows that opened and made a difference. Thank you guys for being awesome and putting me in an amazing room. Also the elevators are dirty and could use some cleaning.

We have stayed at 5 Best Western Hotels in the past month and around 90 hotels this year. This is the first BW that did not have a complimentary breakfast. The Internet kept dropping and would not allow streaming of videos. We bought breakfast at the in-house restaurant and the bacon was cooked within an inch of its life and the plate was mostly hash browns. The coffee was weak and expensive. We got the impression that the hotel doesn’t have to work hard for guests, so doesn’t work hard. It was also the most expensive nightly rate we have paid in weeks of travelling across the USA, for a small room. The sheets on the bed were too small (the fitted sheet was half way down the mattress), the pillows weren’t propped up nicely and the bedspreads hung unevenly. Very minor issues, but as this was more expensive by almost double than what he had paid the previous two nights, we were expecting more.

Was given a handicap room which was interior and had no window. Strange.
