The pool

The hard lumpy bed. Beds seem old and have been used long past their expiration date. Hurt both mine and my husbands backs. Beds only last 8-10years. This one seemed is well past that. Wifi didnt work half most of the time. The Asian guy at the desk tried to double charge me when I checked in even if I paid in advance. I had to prove I paid with booking.com and paypal... Bathroom was dirty, shower curtain is molding and along with the pole it sits on had mold along the bracket and top of the pole. Not worth the $500+ for what is offered, mold, and lack of working wifi.

The front reception area is nicely updated...but not the rooms. The carpet was worn (I wore socks), and as we opened the door to our room the air was stale, smelled of garlic. After 15 minutes of running the air conditioner, the pungent smell of the room improved. When we checked in, we were told "breakfast from 6 to 9:30." But we what we were not told was that "you pay." Websites for breakfast indicated a "nominal fee," but I don't consider $8 for 2 eggs, coffee and toast "nominal." Reasonable, maybe, but not nominal! So--buyer beware! This hotel is in need of a refresh, and needs to be upfront with customers.

The beds were very comfortable, and the Hot Tub was nice and hot (although they did not have a sign to keep kids 12 and under out of the Hot Tub). Everything was very inviting. Food was very good. Plenty of room for our pet to get exercise as well as for me to walk around.

Great place to stay, friendly staff.

The smell in the hotel made it hard to sleep. It gave me such a headach. My first night there was great the next 2 nights had me wanting to switch hotels or sleep in my car. The hotel was COLD. Probably the worst stay I have had in the 4 years I have been coming to fairmont to stay. Definitely going to try a different hotel.

The bed was comfortable, the room was very clean, and it was very quiet. The internet can be slow and there is no free breakfast but overall a good place to stay. Front desk clerks were friendly. Overall we were satisfied with our stay. Thank you!
