Location, bed was comfortable. Clean and well presented.

Pillow was lumpy, shower curtain in bathroom so water goes on floor. View from room was average.

Staff very helpful and friendly- they always are every time we stay. Room was very comfy, bed was comfy- easy to come and go for our nights out. Buffet breakfast was really good.

A little outdated with a few things in the room but that’s me not picking- otherwise a great stay.

Shower was cold. Buffet breakfast not hot. Overall place needs a facelift. Old in appearance

The room and the service was exceptional compared to the last time we stayed there. It’s good to see that the improvements are done in the rooms are spotless. Great work thank you very much.

Nothing

The beds were comfortable and the large window made for a very well lit room in the daytime.

Lighting was very poor. Very few lights in main room and they were very dull. The hot water was not very hot at all especially in the hand basin in the bathroom. The room capacity was four but there were only 2 mugs for coffee and tea making. We were a party of three and luckily I had my travel mug with me to facilitate making enough beverages for everyone. The carpet could have done with a vacuum as there tiny bits all over it.
