Large room, large bed, seaview, large bathroom but a little bit outdated and needs some refurbishing The staff is lovely and take care well of customers. Breakfast is also very good. Location is away from the crowd, 200 THB per Tuk Tuk to Kata Beach one way.

Older style air conditioning and noisy, many stairs to or from your room. Rock styled pool not cleaned A bit expensive for what you get but this place is charming and romantic

We had a wonderful stay at Mom Tri’s Villa Royale—truly paradise! We loved the Beach Wing, where our spacious room offered a stunning sea view. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the room was quiet and calm, with a private, lovely balcony. My birthday was extra special, with a beautiful candlelight dinner. Mr. Kob, who served us, was very professional and knowledgeable about the food and drinks, making our evening fantastic. Breakfast was amazing, and a special thank you to Mang and Bie, who greeted us every morning with a big smile. The hotel itself is an oasis—a true tropical paradise. We will definitely return! A special thank you to Ying at the front desk for making us feel so welcome, and a big shoutout to Pou-Pe for her professional correspondence and quick responses to our requests.

The property is a little old and it’s outdated. Could use a renovation. But the view , the friendliness of the staff made our stay perfect!

Love Momtri’s villa. We stay here 2 years in a row. The staffs are very nice and service is excellent. Less than 2 mins walk to the beach. We enjoyed momtri’s kitchen service and food is amazing. The room is spotless and wonderful atmosphere.

Another fantastic stay at this boutique resort. Service is outstanding and the beach right below resort is excellent. Enjoyed my breakfast and also a dinner at their restaurant. Will be back again for sure.

The Royal Villa is one of the most beautiful hotels in which I’ve stayed in over 50 years of travel! Designed by an architect who was a member of the Thai royal family, it awed us with its exquisite Thai-oriented details. In planning this trip, I did a lot of research before deciding whether to stay in the Phuket area. I was quite relieved when we arrived at the property after being driven through many less than attractive areas of Phuket. It’s location is stunning, overlooking perhaps the most beautiful beach in the area. Our room was breathtaking.. large with refined design and a gorgeous view! We were indeed fortunate to have chosen the Royal Villla as our place to stay in the Phuket area.

Room is not comfortable. Room decoration very old and all item inside the room was low grade even bathroom accessories also very old.

It’s location is fabulous and could not ask for more. The staff and service were excellent. Really enjoyed our stay and the meals we have had there.

Maybe the availability of some lighter menu items especially for lunch or snacks.
