Mom Tri's Villa Royale - SHA Plus

This is one of Phuket’s most delightful hotels, with its stunning location perched on a cliff above Kata Noi Beach. They have three great pools, tastefully Thai decorated rooms, (some which are a little tired, though) and wonderful original art dotted around the property. Admittedly it is not an ideal stay for older people or those with walking disabilities. But the stylish and cozy bar is a must-do for stunning Instagramable sundowners. Sadly, the drinks are not very strong, though, and the peanuts are usually stale, but the view is worth it. However given Phuket’s serious plastic pollution problem, it is heartbreaking how they serve drinks with two plastic straws and plastic decorative sticks. This really needs to change!

We stayed 4 nights in an ocean suite as a special way of ending a 2 1/2 week trip in Thailand. The place was as amazing as I had imagined it to be. The ocean view from our room was spectacular, room spacious and comfortable, large balcony, quiet, staff very friendly, service of a high standard, great breakfast choices, and we also enjoyed the bonus happy hour and a head massage each. A steep but short walk into town kept us active, but lots of transport options available too, and only a short walk from the room onto kata noi beach

The staff member on front desk was horrible to us as we were checking out. Service Fran staff could have been better.

An absolutely beautiful setting with great food and lovely wine. The view is stunning, overlooking kata noi beach. The service was excellent. We both had seafood and could not fault it. We weren’t rushed so it was very relaxing. The price by Thai standards but it was worth it

This is an exceptional property with an exceptional team. This is a tropical hideaway with happy friendly team who are eager to delight every guest. Pong at breakfast welcomed us every morning. The views over the bay at breakfast were stunning. Champo in the spa delivered incredible care and uplifting experiences in a tropical environment. Even happy hour every evening was a delight with attentive staff panoramic views over the bay Overall this was an outstanding experience and we will definitely be returning in the future.

Every need was attended to, before we knew we had a need. Beautiful sunset views. Walk to Kata Noi beach in few minutes (steps directly onto beach from hotel property). Short walk to both Kata and Kata Noi. The grounds are lovely, but this hotel can be better enjoyed by people who don’t mind a few stairs and strolls to get to the property’s pools, the beach, or nearby restaurants.

The extremely hard beds with no cushion at all, and the poor repair of our shower and toilet which is not acceptable for such an expensive room

I would not dream of staying anywhere other than Mom Tri's! It is such a special spot in Phuket. If you are looking to relax and pamper yourself stay here. The staff is absolutely incredible and it's really a serene magical spot. We even met the owner, which was very cool.
