Ik kon niet parkeren. Kostte 12,80 euro extra op te grote afstand van het hotel (koffers) De hond kwam er extra bij, kostte 11 euro, wat belachelijk hoog is. Commentaar van de bazin: "we hebben veel problemen met honden gehad". We kregen een up-grade van de kamer. Maar het was een verslechtering (vanwege de hond) TV deed het niet. Kamer was smerig. Telefoon deed het niet. Doucheruimte was zo klein, dat je je er niet kon omkeren of bukken. Veel schimmel in de douche.

la chambre , pour ce style d'hôtel est beaucoup trop cher. Une fois le lit dans la chambre, il reste très peu de place , et la salle de bain, tellement petite que l'on peut aller aux toilettes , ce laver les pieds dans la douche et les dents dans le lavabo .....le tout en même temps . Non trop petit et prix trop élevé . Pour ma part je choisirais un autre hôtel a mon prochain passage à Vienne .

"A delightful hotel in a lovely city"

This hotel is family-run, and has very friendly staff, who go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. We were given very useful advice and suggestions. A very good breakfast - we appreciated the homemade cakes and pancakes. The hotel is old-fashioned, and extremely comfortable. Very highly recommended.

Séjour de une nuit sur vienne en couple. Petite salle de bain mais pratique. Le matelas trou mou,pas assez de pression dans la douche Personnel très accueillant et à l'écoute. Petit déjeuner très bon avec des produits locaux. Endroit calme et très jolie

"Hope refurb continues to the rooms."

Good location & I can see an interior designer’s been in to refurb a bit… the pics were why we chose this place but feel deceived.. our room was claustrophobically tiny with a massive noisy air conditioning unit. The bathroom had serious mould on the ceiling & round the soap holder. Heavy plastic sheet on the bed.. didn’t sleep well Reception delightful breakfast minimal.
