You will also be subject to charges if there is any unreported damage to the property. Please note the hotel is in a Georgian building and there is no elevator, please advise in your booking if you require a room with no stairs, which is subject to availability. Car parking is limited and cannot be guaranteed. Car parking is available on a 'first come, first serve' basis. If spaces are not available outside the front door of the property, there is free 24/7 on street parking on Peel Terrace.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

Zimmer im 3. Stock, ohne Aufzug. Extrem klein. "Badezimmer" war in der Größe einer Abstellkammer; Das Waschbecken hatte die Größe einer DIN A4 Seite. Der Preis pro Nacht, ohne Frühstück 200€

Was clean and easy check in did not c any staff but talked to a person on the ring door bell she helped answer a few questions not to far to walk into busy town good place to stay.

Don't think I saw anything majorly wrong looked clean and tidy only bad thing was people who coming back after a late night should think of others who are staying and be a little more quiet

"Good value for the money, simple, clean and had everything we needed. Much cheaper than most other places in Edinburgh"

Clean, nicely decorated. Simple but suited our needs. Easy check in and out and had nice touch of being able to store luggage after checking out. Meant we could have breakfast locally without having to drag our cases with us.

Nothing really considering the price. Would have liked an out of hours phone number in case of problems - we had a problem with the toilet which was sorted initially very quickly but went wrong again later and no way to report it directly. Wasn’t a big problem but not sure what I would have done if it had been worse.
