The stay was great and I was genuinely positively surprised by the place. The location was perfect, around a 25–30 minute walk to the Royal Mile, with lots of lovely local cafés and restaurants nearby. There was also a bus stop just outside the hotel, which made getting around very easy. Parking was hassle-free, with enough space for around 3–4 cars. The room was lovely, very clean, and the size was perfect for 3 people. The beds were massive and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was on the smaller side, but still very nice and spotless. We also received very clear instructions about check-in and check-out before our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. You could occasionally hear people walking or chatting in the corridor, but it wasn’t a big issue as they were only passing by. We couldn’t hear anything from the other rooms. The view overlooking the garden was lovely as well. I’d highly recommend this place for an affordable stay in Edinburgh.

Der Self- Check in war unkompliziert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Wir sind mit den Motorrädern angereist und der Inhaber hat uns angeboten die Bikes bei ihm zuhause zu parken, da es in Edinburgh ein großer Problem mit Diebstahl gibt. Die Ausstattung war gut und wenn man noch etwas benötigt, dann gab es einen Selbstbedienungsschrank.

Size of the room, sunshine in it and the view into the garden,. Overall it was ok value for money. Easy to find, walkable from centre (30 minutes), it has a parking option and instructions were very clear. Designed for 0 human interaction and it was not needed.

Bathroom needs investment. The shower holder does not work, overall it felt cheap/run down and in need of maintenance touchup.

La poca comunicación, nadie vino a recepción a solucionarnos un problema y era imposible comunicarse con nadie responsable del apartamento, solo nos hablaban a través de una cámara y no nos entendíamos.

Well maintained, well equipped room. Bathroom and room were clean, bed was comfy, a kettle was provided and also biscuits with it. The interior really was of a higher quality. Location is practical, buses run frequently towards the center. A locker is also provided to store luggage after checkout.

My room looked onto the street and I would have enjoyed windows with a bit higher sound insulation. Also the entrance door was not sealed well, but luckily the corridor was not busy. Just a note: the bed was app. 140 cm wide, which is OK for me, but may be small for a couple who is used to larger ones.

great location, easy to get into town. very quiet area.

felt a bit dated, a little run down. single room said it had a private bathroom but you had to walk across a hallway to get to it which was a bit awkward. I had to take my clothes into the bathroom with me after showering in case I bumped into anyone in the hallway. unfortunately no staff greet you.
