I am extremely cross that they took £70 out of my account on the day we arrived and then took another £120 when I left And they now say I will get the £70 back in a few weeks !!! Is this Expedia or the hotel ???

Personale della reception molto gentile (avevo lasciato in deposito la valigia arrivando presto la mattina e al check in me l'hanno fatta trovare già in camera). Stanza silenziosa con letto comodo e vari cuscini di diversa morbidezza. Particolarmente curata la decorazione delle camere e delle aree comuni in stile shabby chic a tema marino. Un po' delusa dalla colazione, sufficiente ma niente di che; si potrebbe aggiungere un po' di viennoiserie e qualche dolcetto. Pulizia in generale buona, ma ho trovato un asciugamano macchiato.
