Citotel Le Relais Du Bellay

A l'arrivée, nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux après que notre voiture ait trouvé une place sur le parking gratuit. Puis, nous sommes allé diner dans un bon restaurant recommandé par l'hôtesse d'accueil et situé à proximité. Le lendemain, un très bon petit-déjeuner nous a permis de commencer une belle journée de visite de Montreuil-Bellay dont le château qui est tout proche. Nous serons très heureux de revenir au Relais du Bellay, pour son emplacement mais surtout pour la qualité de service et l'amabilité de son personnel.

accueil et service impeccables. Hotel agréable et bien situé à toute proximité du château. Piscine chauffée et très grande, accès spa gracieux, etc. A recommander.

I have stayed in this hotel a number of times and have always enjoyed the experience. It is limited in that it has no restaurant and the town is restricted in what it has to offer. The location is convenient for the Loire region and staff are always helpful hence this is the fifth time I have stayed there.

beautiful building so why make the rooms so horrible very small room with a very dated bathroom I guess they save the best rooms for the full paying guest bathroom was very dated and needed attention room had been cut in 2 from its previous size which made it to small and also spoilt the overall look and feeling that we should have got whilst climbing the stairs in a very nice annex internet was rubbish with the need to reconnect every 5 mins when I asked about it at reception I got sorry I don't understand ??? funny how she understood everything else all in all I wouldn't stay in that room again

Rooms fine. Ambience wonderful view of castle from our window. Excellent breakfast . Staff welcoming, friendly and helpful. We loved our stay with you on such a pretty town too.

Great building very close to the Chateau. Looks like a five stars but the rooms are a little dated and the bathroom old and very simple.

Convenient to visit places. of interest in the Loire Valley. A good restuarant close by convenient stay over for further journey to Bordeaux area. Chateau is very interesting and has some good wines on sale.

Stayed here before some years ago, lovely little town but very quiet out of season. Reasonable room with a great view. Brilliant broadband, very helpful and friendly staff. Only one restuarant open for our evening meal (La barbican) but it was excellent and great value.
