"Propre et pratique"

Parking non privé, mais accessible à pied. Entrée unique pour les thermes et l'hôtel, donc choc thermique garantie en rentrant. Accès pour la chambre limite hospitalière. Chambre correct. L'espace aqualudique est très bien. Établissement très propre en tout point ! Mais quelques petits rafraichissement devraient être à prévoir au niveau des chambres.. le tarif préférentiel pour l'accès aux thermes est un peu excessif (surtout pour le forfait 2h). Le seul avantage est de pouvoir naviguer en peignoir (fourni par l'hôtel)de la chambre au thermes. Un point très positif, c'est le personnel qui a été super !

"Bon hôtel de famille pour séjour calme et agréable"

Séjour agréable. L'accueil est très gentil et le personnel fait beaucoup pour nous rendre le séjour agréable. Le petit déjeuner est simple, mais les produits sont tous de la région et d'une excellente qualité. Très accueillant pour les enfants. On recommande.

"Un temps pour soi"

Reposant et très agréable avec en prime un très bon restaurant à 15 m. La brasserie coin d'Aubrac, on y mange léger dans un ambiance qui va très bien avec la détente que propose l’hôtel du Ban.

"simplicité et détente!"

Un hotel simple et agréable. Sans prétentions, aucunes! Les activités aquatiques sont vraiment "bienvenue"! Le confort est basic, mais c'est suffisant! Bon rapport qualité prix, mais une petite montée en gamme serait bien vu!

"très bon accueil!"

agréable séjour de 2 nuits dans cet hôtel ,le personnel est très serviable, chambres propres et confortables, le petit point négatif le parking est un peu loin de l'hôtel; les soins bien être sont très bien.
