"Les curistes d'abord !"

Dommage pas de parking privé. Hall d'accueil très orienté curiste... Bain de vapeur assuré ! Après avoir traversé un vrai labyrinthe de couloirs rappelant l'hôpital, l'on trouve une chambre fort agréable. Une mention particulière pour les spécialités auvergnates au petit déjeuner.

"Great hotel for the hot springs"

A hotel situated in the spa complex of Chaudes Aigues so you just need to put on your white bathrobe and go down to the newly refurbished spa complex with shower jets, cascades, hamman, sauna and even underwater music on the roof terrace. Very cheap and cheerful.. Also good breakfast for the price.

"Peu mieux faire!"

Entrée trop rapprochée des thermes,effet de suffocation à l'accueil lors de l'attente des clés de la chambre! Aucun parking réservé à l'hôtel, allez voir en face! Accueil: trop d'attente, manque de personnel et clients trop exigeants en rapport avec les thermes! Emplacement de l'hôtel dans un virage, pour le dépose bagages, il faut stationner sur l'artère principale car le parking dépose bagages est squaté par les " locaux" ; l'exterieur n'est pas du tout attrayant bien au contraire même décevant: façade à revoir!
