la experiencia fue buena, sorprende la amabilidad del encargado y personal del hotel que siempre estan atentos y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento, un lugar recomendable para pasar unas vacaciones en familia.

Didn't have the room i booked so upgraded to a suite. Nice location and excellent location. On the negative the Wi-Fi nwvwr worked.

This hotel was very comfortable, had easy access to Flores island, banks, bus station and restaurants.

Our room didn't look anything like the photos in the listing. Room was okay, though a bit tight. Closet was open shelving, no door. Bathroom was roomy. Staff was nice and helpful, though wouldn't deal with someone smoking in the covered eating area. Ugh. Desk staff arranged our trip to Tikal, which was wonderful.

Hôtel globalement bien même si la piscine était vidée pour cause de réparation au moment où l'on y était.

Close to Flores and bus terminal. The room had a ok size with bath room. The water was off a couple of times but we informed the receptionist and it was fixed within short time. Breakfast was good with a small menu with selections. The hotel is placed central, but it could be some noice during night. Staff was friendly!

el hotel no nos recibió. nos dijo no tenían ninguna reservación para nosotros a pesar que nos cargaron la tarjeta. Dado que había reserva completa en el pueblo, tuvimos que dormir en el carro.

Las camas y la habitación no me gustaron por lo que ya no use este hotel, sin embargo,se me hicieron cargos.

En riktigt bra vistelse och upplevelse på ett rent väl underhållet hotell med egen vik.Ett par kvarter från huvudgatan och nära Playa norte stranden.Vi upplevde det väldigt lugnt tyst och frukosten ute runt poolen var en höjdare.Personalen höll väldigt rent å snyggt och var väldigt hjälpsamma med transfer och andra frågor.
