The room was very comfortable with beautiful views of the mountains, and the staff were very friendly. We were not able to use the hot tubs because it was quite cold. Complimentary bathrobes and slippers were provided. The breakfast was amazing!

We moved a bedside table and noticed that the floor underneath was a bit dirty, with some dust and lint behind it. There is no mini fridge in the room.
