"Worst hotel in Novosibirsk"

We came to the hotel and first of all the room was dirty, there was long hair lying in room and on wash room basin, I couldn't able to call on reception I called about 1.5 hours, the air conditioner was not working, there were no second person towel n shampoo, no sleepers at all.

"Неплохой отель. Но 4 звезды конечно под вопросом."

Быстро оформили на стойке регистрации, прошел в номер, а там печаль. Толстенный слой пыли на подоконнике, сломанный холодильник и старая сосиска в нем. В туалете воняет канализацией. Спустился вниз, попросил девушку сменить номер. Без проблема дали другой, там уже все было хорошо. По уборке тоже есть что улучшать. Вся уборка за три дня заключалась в выносе мусора. Больше ничего. Даже не всегда пополняли гигиенические принадлежности. Завтра отличный.

"Бизнес поезка"

Отличный отель для командировочных, в самом центре города. Неплохой завтрак. После долгой и тяжелой дороги решил взять ужин, по типу шведского стола, на 3-ку, но зато идти никуда не надо было.

Останавливался в Маринсе в Екатеринбурге и Новосибирске - доброжелательно, попросишь определённый вид из окна - без проблем сделают, а также бесплатная стирка вещей особенно ценный сервис, когда планируешь длительные путешествия.

"Нормальный отлель, но есть пару важных НО! "

Номер в целом нормальный, цене соответствует. НО два НО, которые сильно испортили впечатление: 1) Мы были в самом начале октября и в номере НЕ БЫЛО ОТОПЛЕНИЯ, все бы ничего, но в номере было реально холодно. Пришло пол дня греть номер обогревателем (которые стояли в коридоре) 2) В ванной комнате стояла прям ВОНЬ из канализации, а при навед пользовании душем вонь только усиливалась... Итог, если коротко, мы остановились на сутки, по акции номер вышел 1800₽, эти деньги на сутки норм, но как место для остановки на несколько дней, я бы не рекомендовал, только если совсем уж невысокий бюджет. Из плюсов -- отличное местоположение, рестораны и кафе прям на первом этаже.
