Очень удобное расположение: все рядом (транспорт, ж/д вокзал, метро, магазины). В этот раз были две проблемы: низкая температура (ее решили с помощью дополнительного обогревателя) и неприятный запах (сантехник пришел быстро, объяснил, в чем дело, показал, как исправить). Ну и как всегда: при заказе номера для двух человек с одной большой кроватью туалетные принадлежности были приготовлены только для одного. После звонка администратору все добавили. А в остальном все прекрасно: доброжелательный персонал.

Забронировал номер с 100% предоплатой,приехал на заселение в 22.00ч.девушка на ресепшн предложила доплатить за номер выше категории,номеров категории забронированной мной свободных нет.свободный номер нашёлся только после моего возмущения.это было 12.10.2019

Отель на площади жд/вокзала, после ремонта советское здание капитально отремонтировали. Номера стандартной площади, холл отеля не очень удобен, много всего напихано, а вот мест для гостей маловато. Порадовало большое количество розеток в номере, а вот дверь плохо доводится на закрытие. В целом нормальный отель для транзита через город.

goed hotel in centrum van Novosibirsk, als met de trein reist dan is dit hotel aan de overkant van het station super, pas gerenoveerd, goede kamers en aardig personeel (spreekt bijna alleen Russisch) en heerlijk restaurant in hotel. Alleen de buitenkant kan nog wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken
