"Séjour en Terre Audoise..."

La résidence de vacances Vacancéoles "Port-Minervois" offrent des services appréciables pour les familles (piscine, mini-golf etc...). Nous n'avons, malheureusement, pas pu en profiter en raison de la météo, pas idéale durant le week-end de l'Ascension. La location pour 6 personnes était correcte niveau surface (grandes chambres appréciables). La résidence est très bien située pour découvrir les richesses historiques, culturelles et gastronomiques de la région. Très bon accueil des hôtesses sur place, à l'écoute et très chaleureuses.

Résidence vieillissante dans les équipements : 1 seule douche avec rideau à l'étage, baignoire avec rideau au r.d.c, cuisine vieillotte...pas de four !!!, poêles complètement usées qui n'avaient pas été remplacées avant notre venue, petits ustensiles manquants (planche à découper par exemple ou encore bols pour préparations culinaires), matelas pas très confortables etc. Le mobilier normé dans la location est daté (un rafraîchissement est à prévoir pour donner plus de modernité à l'ensemble !), manque d'un voilage pour vis-à-vis dans le séjour. Autre chose : la réservation sur Vacancéoles via Booking a été compliquée... Communication difficile, caution demandée avant d'avoir les codes d'accès de la Résidence (en raison d'une arrivée tardive). A l'avenir, je pense qu'un meilleur échange entre Booking et Vacancéoles sera nécessaire pour rassurer les futurs vacanciers.

Merci a Leila et sa collaboratrice pour l accueil chaleureux, les directives claires et les conseils. Logement spacieux, propre. Résidence très calme. Homps est village au bord du canal du midi à découvrir, tout a proximité. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.
