The hotel and staff were great, just as described Good pool, sauna, gym, jacuzzi The hotel care about your safety and will make sure you are comfortable in the hotel

At the beginning when I checked in, they didn't describe where the room was and I had to go back and ask them before someone brought me down I got moved to a private room from the hostel dormitory at some point cos there was a weird man in the dormitory and there was a lot of mosquitoes in the bathroom there. (No mosquitoes in the hostel part though)

Rooms are exactly what has been described in travel partner Goibibo website along with amenities but no great view as such.

1) Receptionists here are almost rude professionals, don't want to clarify anything. Moreover they seem to have zero hospitality sense which I personally believe is a must skill for this job. Even robots could have better sensibility than these ladies. 2) Please don't be hopeful about the promoted complementary 4 hours early check-in item while opting online booking. It is only applicable if you have booked through local agents. 3) Breakfast are 100% repetitive everyday and the so promotated Indian foods don't taste Indian at all.
