The room was more smaller of the grand Bella, 4 and 4. Nice kitchen, clean !

The fréquentation of the hotel: if you are à woman: DONT GO! You have to much man, from one part of the world, he ask you to make sex with him, they look you a lot, too much prostitution too, so it's sad because the facility and staffs was really nice

The room in Grand Bella side of the hotel very good .

Not suitable for Weston families. Very noisy, had to move rooms from Bella Express side of hotel due to noise and people smoking in the corridor outside our door . Had to complain to manager about lots of things I would prefer not to mention the manager apologised and upgraded us to a better room which is the first time I've ever had to do in 20yrs of travelling to pattaya so disappointed. Staff at the hotel great 2 pools nice . I would never go back and would definitely not refer to anyone.
