Grosvenor Suites

The location was good. There is a tram station nearby and plenty of bus stops that you can use to travel across the city. Most tourist attractions are nearby. The self check-in is also good for privacy.

Cleanliness was not up to the mark. There was a lot of mold in the toilet and in the room. On top of that, there was a huge fly in the room when we entered which stayed with us for the two nights. They told us we could keep our luggage at the suite even after checking out. The timings for that suite were till 18:00. After that we were supposed to call a number if we were running late to get our luggage. I and my wife came at 17:50 and it was locked. There were no staff members there. Moreover, no one picked our calls on the number provided. We were lucky that another family, who were coming from the inside, opened the door, and we reached our tram right on time to get to the train station later on. All in all, given the cleanliness of the room and the toilet, the size of the room, and the unavailability of the staff, I would not call this value for money, given that Grosnover Suites are not the cheapest of accommodation options available.

Sehr schönes großes, sauberes Zimmer. Knapp 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hay Market, aber trotzdem vielen sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung liegt perfekt um die Stadt zu erkunden.

Chambre propre et donnant sur un jardin calme (dommage que les carreaux aient été très encrassés) Service de bagagerie gratuit à quelques minutes à pied disponible de 10h à 18h.

La chambre ne correspondait pas à la description. Il y avait bien un espace kitchenette au rez-de-chaussée très très bas de plafond (moins de 2 mètres) mais aucun espace pour manger (pas de table, ni de chaise), dommage car nous avions prévu d'y dîner et de prendre notre petit déjeuner. Il fallait emprunter un escalier pour accéder à la chambre, dont le plafond était également très bas. Nous aurions aimé avoir l' information avant, et avons trouvé que le rapport qualité prix était décevant.

Our room was right at the top, so lots of stairs.

La habitación está súper bien. La cama es muy cómoda y las almohadas también. Todo lo que necesitas lo tiene incluido: plancha para la ropa, secador, útiles de cocina, etc. etc. La ubicación está bien, no es súper céntrica, pero en 10-15 minutos estás en el centro andando.Esta al lado de Dean Village un imperdible de la ciudad.

Great location, comfortable bed, and a good shower. The room was big with a kitchenette. The staff was welcoming, and being able to leave luggage was a practical bonus.

Cleanliness was disappointing. Dirty windows, curtains that were hanging off the rail, carpets that had seen better days, and a stained sofa.

The location of the property was easy to commute

I would like to mention here that the cleanliness of the room and bedding was disappointing The bed sheet had a period stain when we arrived and the cupboard was struck together with duck tape. Simple amenities like dustbin in the room was not provided. The room rent was not worth the services provided to us.

Good value, amazing location. Easy to get to with trams and close to the old town.

Its not the nicest and newest but for the price its fair
