Todo muy bueno. Un pelin floja la internet, pero bueno en general. Nuevo sobre diez puntos

No air conditioner, no fan, no amenities, noisy and unclean, this is our worst stay.

Our room was very big with the separate living area. It's very comfortable. The only disadvantages were that the curtains did not fully cover the window, and I found a big spider on the hanging towel and it's gone in the morning.

Poor Wifi. Too quite if you're on your own.

The day we checked in, we had to wait over 45 minutes for someone to come. There was a note by the front door that had a phone number to call to get someone to come check us in but we had no phone to call from. So we waited, and waited, and waited and finally a girl showed up but didn't know how to check us in. Then the internet didn't work in our room and we spoke to the front desk numerous times and were given many many excuses but not solutions. In the end, the one lady actually lied to us saying she moved the booster to try and get it working but the other front desk staff told us that they were too afraid to touch anything so they were going to call the internet provider. Don't like being mislead. Not having internet is a big deal when you are travelling and don't have a data plan. Wasn't impressed we had to spend evenings sitting on the staircase between the first and second floors to get access to the internet. We couldn't even sit in the lobby because they locked it up at 8:00 pm every night.

정말 그냥 호텔입니다. 아침식사는 하지 않아서 모르겠습니다. 방음이 잘 되지 않는것 같지만 제가 머무를 때 손님이 많지 않아서 불편함은 없었습니다.

Insgesamt sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Mobiliar muffig, keine Reinigung des Zimmers (2 Nächte), sehr professionelles und gutes Personal. Fazit: Das nächste mal würde ich 10-20 Euro mehr ausgeben und ein Hotel in der Umgebung buchen!

Günstige Übernachtungs-Alternative, um einen erholsamen Tag in der Sinsheimer-Therme zu verbringen. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Das griechische Restaurant im Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Kind staff, clean room, nice breakfast, but noisy at night because of the guests' chatting at the neighbor restaurant.
