Their front desk close at around 10pm. Don't miss the check in time. Besides, quite area and nice staff. It is only 12min to Heidelberg by car.

We had late check in on a Saturday night so that was a challenge getting the key from a safe etc. The entrance door was also not intuitively the main door but side entrance!

Room clean and tidy, staff very helpful, surprisingly quiet for town location and nice breakfast.

I like the overall stay in hotel. Although hotel is small but overall its nice. Its staff was extremely helpful. Near by this hotel, you will find lot of restaurants & other shops.

No air condition, it was warm in summer time, can't sleep and warm.

Our first impression was of how close it is to the tram stop. Then there was the welcoming ambience of the lobby and the room. But what really blew us away was the picturesque view of the village from our 3rd floor window. The fact that there was a ceiling fan was an added plus. We found the small supermarket and fruit shop were very convenient and the proprietors soon greeted us when we came by. We were genuinely sorry we had to leave.

The room was nice and clean. Shame there were no blinds, only shades (we couldn't block out all the light from outside). Parking is VERY limited (around back, shared with the restaurant). The hotel's restaurant is very good but very slow service (for vegetarian options: ask and they will make something for you). Wifi was not very good.

Great hotel with spacious room. Tram just outside making it easy getting to the center of Heidelberg. Awesome bakery just next door.

I had a very happy and comfortable stay

This hotel does not have air conditioner at each room. Compared to the breakfast charge (6euro), quality was not good. You need to buy capuccino with 2 or 3 euro extra money.
