Great spot in the heart of town.

$30 extra for paid parking, which is seperate to the accommodation complex itself…and $200 security deposit which is not returned for 10 business days! Bit of an outdated process this one.

So central and within walking distance to everything. Able to go to the cafe downstairs for food or plenty of other food options in the area, like Albert Lane. Huge room space, all you need in the kitchenette, and one sachet of laundry detergent if you need to wash your clothes. The staff were very nice and unique historical hotel.

The Booking.com listing said there was an iron in the room, but I couldn't find one. Accessibility might be challenging for some, as the room has 4 steps, so something to keep in mind.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The rooms are large and well appointed. We had am excellent night sleep, as the rooms kept pretty much all noise out. Our only concern was the shower. You could not set a temperature, it was scolding hot and you couldn't change that. You turn the tap off and it went from stone cold to scolding hot again in seconds. Otherwise the stay was perfect. A lovely piece of Brisbane history

Location, close to everything. Staff were always friendly and helpful and good sized quiet rooms.
