The rooms are big and each have a washer/dryer. The location is amazing and is located across the road from the Queen Street Mall and is close to Riverstage and Southbank.

The air con struggled on one night but was cold the next.

The location is perfect, and the prices were very good value. The suite was huge, and the hotel was quiet.

There was a musty smell in the hallway on our floor. Everything looked completely clean though. The hotel looks a bit tired.

Location and room size

Old needs an update. Organised early check-in. Call before arriving and was confirmed room was ready. Had to wait 30 mins once I arrived and was late to the event, but on top of that, the receptionist was rude and un helpful.
