Jullian and John were the best hosts.. they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed!! It so very tranquil and relaxing!! The breakfast was amazing. Even a couple little bonus easter eggs yummo!!

We loved the location and the friendly owners and the breakfast was delicious. The garden was beautiful.

Beautiful accommodation in a lovely setting. So quiet at night, we sat on the terrace for supper. Super comfy bed and a quiet night’s sleep. Breakfast was an exceptional selection of homemade goodies. Cannot fault it.

Relaxing and comfortable stay. Hosts went above and beyond. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting. Very tranquil and got to spot some cassowary’s.

What a gem of a place!! Should have stayed more than one night. The hosts Guillem and John couldn't be nicer nor do more to make their guests feel utterly special. Rooms are charming, they've thought of everything, and the rest of the facilities are lovely (gorgeous gardens and pool, and yes we saw a cassowary... twice!). Breakfast is delicious, local and plentiful. Very highly recommended!

Licuala Lodge is a very special place! We especially loved the beautiful gardens, the pool, and the cassowary sightings. John and Guillem are lovely people and marvelous hosts, and we will miss their delicious breakfasts.

Nothing major but given how humid it was it would have been good to change the towels every day
