Midlands Motel

The river views; the location; friendly staff; cleanliness; kitchenette facilities were much appreciated.

The room overlooked the river and had a balcony so I sat out there and looked over the water. The location was a good walk into the town for dinner but was not too far. We were upgraded to this room. The staff were great and very friendly

I was blocked in to the carpark near the room and had to reverse and forward several times to get out. Parking in front of the rooms at the back of the complex is more suited to smaller vehicles not large SUV.

We had a fantastic stay and were genuinely impressed. The cleanliness throughout the property was exceptional — everything was spotless, fresh, and very well maintained. The manager was incredibly helpful and welcoming, always ready to assist with anything we needed, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is very central and convenient, right next to KFC and close to everything you may need. It’s truly the best spot to stay when travelling to the Gold Coast, and a perfect midway stop from Sydney, making long journeys much more relaxing. The pool was very clean and well looked after, and the quality of the linen and in-room products was excellent — crisp, comfortable bedding and thoughtful amenities that added to the overall experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great hospitality.

Great place to stop on way from Brisbane to Sydney

The room is spacious, clean, comfortable & had a view of the river. This was much nicer than just a view of a parking area.
