Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Up to 2 children 5 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. Adoramos tudo na Pousa Don Ramon! A equipe de primeira faz com que você se sinta em casa, e se dedica em fazer com que você e sua família se sintam acolhidos e especiais. A pousada e muito charmosa, e bastante preocupada com a natureza e sustentabilidade. O quarto foi perfeito para minha família, bem aconchegante, quentinho e espaçoso. O café da manhã e chá da tarde são deliciosos, muito caprichados e feitos com carinho de quem quer ver os hóspedes felizes e bem alimentados. Adoramos tudo! Nossas férias foram perfeitas! Excelente pousada com um spa maravilhoso. Os profissionais são muito atenciosos e estão preparados para lhe proporcionar a melhor experiência em hotelaria. Os ambientes são ricamente decorados e com muito bom gosto. O café da manhã é excepcional. Os quartos são charmosos e do tamanho ideal.

Excelente! Quarto pequeno, mas super confortável. Café da manhã ótimo, cha da tarde muito bom, além de ser um diferencial, assim como a terapia de boas vindas que é oferecida. Os recepcionistas são muito atenciosos com destaque especial para o senhor Maurico que está presente durante o chá da tarde a café da manhã.

Lugar muito agradável para um final de semana romântico e relaxante, tudo muito bem pensado, atendimento muito atencioso e com informações muito rápidas e pertinente. Banheira do quarto muito pequena (suite 9) e quartos muito úmidos.
