Booked a single bed they gave my room out and i had to have to smaller beds. Room wants kept well, now shower gel in the shower and only one towel in the bathroom

Nothing everything is fine Reception staff is very welcome and nice They upgraded my booking from deluxe to junior suite Mr deep and his team is very welcoming and good behavior I like that hotel so much I wel come back soon in Sha Allah thanks alot........

I chose this hotel as it offered a very good rate for my 2 nights stay. I was not disappointed. When you book a hotel at a rate well below the rest, your expectations should be realistic. Had stayed in this hotel many years back and was concerned to see the property noticeably run down during the past years. Impact of COVID-19 may be the key reason. My room, #402 on 4th floor was adequately spacious and had a good view of the intersection and the surrounding. It was relaxing until the discos in ground and first levels started playing loud music. Music goes on till the dawn and due to poor soundproofing, you could feel the vibration from the room beside noise. Managed to sleep well despite this hence no complaints. Bathroom was bit compact but was good enough for a solo traveler. Good quality toiletries were available but missed the dental kit. Tea coffee making facility was available and complementary bottle of drinking water was available on arrival. Comfort of the was average. Mattresses and pillows were bit hard than I prefer. I smelt tobacco not only in my room bur in all areas I moved through and hanged around. Overall, the stay met with my expectations though it could have been better. I shall consider staying here again when I am on a tight budget.

The internet connection is so poor!! (they always try to fix it, but with nothing happen) It’s one of my most important thing :( i remember that i have faced same this issue with last booking also before a couple of months... Unfortunately i love this hotel but I’ll not book again !!

Entertainment in Buffalo's bar and grill. This was my second time in a year that I stayed here. The staff is lackluster overall and have difficulty with English language and general customer service skills.

I am Stayed Last week the hotel room is not bad. I am Stayed 6days. But not coming house keeping. That is 4* property but not good management. 2nd day I can 3times informe in front office receptionist but not response the guest. We r saying 4* hotel. But I think that is local hotel. I don't know y they are not clean our rooms(totel group stay no room cleaning 37 member). Ur thinking Indian is very kachada guys. Ur thinking is wrong kk man. wr r educational guest. That's is Hotel kk find but we r guest y u not clean the room. 1st day we r using Swimming pool 🏊... Next 5days not open the pool is closed what happen man wr r guest kk. (Do u onething local lodge is using the guest daily room cleaning properly but ur hotel is very poor local....... (We r guest we r guest) 1st day room ready kk fine. Not clean our group rooms only. Check out time is manager coming inform some 2 r 3 number rooms bath towel, bathmat& hand towel missing... They want check some guest bag. How 2 check guest bag man. This Hotel is no security. I have completed hotel industry kk. I know hotel field... We r gust.... Ur Staff. One day we r coming Guest lift. That time 9floor 3 hotel staff coming.they r not silence 2much talking sound. That time one lady also inside lift something any who's response... Staff is Not discipline the guest. Don't Forget We R Guest Guest......

Very nice Hotel in a good location. I would recommend this location to anyone in need of a place to stay.

I will never consider lodging at this facility again.
