I like the location the room needed work the toilet I complained about and never got fixed every time I flush I have to open the tank the bathtub was on an angle I fell no hot water the best the water was was warm

Good hotel for the price. If you don't require anything fancy and are there for beach, this is the place to go. The staff was absolutely amazing & most caring. The food was delicious and the beer was flowing. Its close to absolutely anything you could need (did I mention the beach), I would go back again in a heartbeat! I returned to this place again for 14 nights this time, great time again. If you are high maintenance this place isn't for you. The food is good, the location is #1. Rooms are old and clean. Great place , coming back next new year! 7 mile beach ⛱️🏖️ is truely a special place 🙏💎

I travel alot and consider myself easy going... but... Do not go there! Food was disgusting, had to buy my own in the town. The pool was not functioning and they kept running out of ice and drinks. Felt like I was in Cuban hotel on a Jamaican beach. Never again. Spend a little more and stay somewhere else.

First, I have stayed at this resort several times and there is no better view. However, over the last few years the bar keeps getting lower and lower. Many of the travellers in November are the regulars and the owner does not care about listening to the talented staff around him or his guests. A 14 day holiday and we only had hot water for one day. Although we were told they were looking into it, there was not much action behind the words. Upon arrival, they tried to charge an additional $420 US more than what i had been previously quoted. Many of the staff from last year are gone, and the place is starting to show the lack of care. There is no defined chain of command and there seems to be an environment of culpable deniability and no accountability. Every issue or concern guests expressed, fell on deaf ears or another name would be given on who they should raise the problem to. An all inclusive where they ran out of beer, vodka and rum for 3 days in a row. Only on the complaint of a guest was one case of beer provided. On multiple other days, mixes for blender drinks were non existent and for only 4 days we could get diet pop. The bar ran out of Ting in Jamaica! How is that possible?!? And days to replace it. The food was okay but the lack of options and variety made it easy to guess what was available. I feel bad for the front line staff who are left to face upset guests with no support from the owner. Hope things improve but already booked next year’s trip at a different location.

PLEASE! PLEASE! Do not venture anywhere near this place. Me and the wife arrived 08/11/2023. The room was disgusting, stains on the bedding electric points exposed all in all it was an absolute health hazard. The food, well where do I start with that. Go for breakfast only to find out they'd ran out of food!!!! Disgraceful. The owners don't give a dam about the place as long as they can take your money. The staff are friendly could fault them at all. Location is absolutely brilliant. Make sure you're cat lovers. The pool was disgusting, we sat in the water and we couldn't see our own feet on the floor. No pool bar. Never ever been an all inclusive as long as it had a name about the door. No entertainment as such.

With there quite a few years ago, really had no complaints. I knew what I paid for, the staff was friendly, and the food was not bad at all. The beaches were beautiful, the people were a little pushy on the beach, but still an amazing time with my wife.(we went quite a few years ago, they will not let you select that in the review lol.)

For travelers who are there to enjoy the beach, the beautiful weather and indulge in the culture, this is the perfect resort for you! ONE MISTAKE we did was to not check the reviews before booking the trip, BUT, if we would have done so, there is no way we would have came to this resort and I would not be able to tell you that this was one of the BEST trips I have done in my life! We stayed in this resort for 1 week (Oct 8-15 2023) and it was excellent! The staff was extremely accommodating and very nice. They would greet us with cocktails, recommend us things to do and make sure we had a great time. Throughout the whole duration of our stay, we were perfectly satisfied with the food options (all cooked the SAME DAY and the Chef was excellent), basically all of the food selection was traditional Jamaican food. Our room was clean and everything was working well (despite reviews saying they don't). The beach was clean (every morning someone cleans it). While swimming in the water it was a great relief that there were security guards watching over our things. When it comes to excursions, we opted to go privately with the Resort's Driver named STEVE. As a local, he was able to show us far far more than what we would have ever hoped for with a big travelling agency (for a lesser price). As we were private we did not have to worry about other people being loud or many people in a bus, we were in a certified Jamaican Tourism Taxi/Van. We also had the occasion to talk with the Owner of the place, he was telling us that the hotel is generally fully booked from December to August and therefore if there are any issues such as undeclared broken elements of the room, they cannot fix it without knowing of it (which could lead to unfortunate surprises for new arrivals). The management was extremely attentive and were constantly looking for ways to improve and fix up the resort, every day we would see people cleaning, painting or working on the place, which was great to see. All in all, this resort is a MUST GO and do not be deceived by bad reviews because once the issue is fixed, those reviews become irrelevant. I find it would have been a huge shame to not have such an amazing time had I read different people's experiences, demands and expectations. As people who want to stay on the beach, explore new culture and not stay in the room for a week straight, this was a wonderful resort. We are not picky tourists and only want to have a great time and this resort allowed exactly that.
