Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa, Merlin Beach

The food is good and the view is beautiful on the seaside. I will give a praise on Giftzy, Nader, Ju. She gives us kind service on our breakfast. The room has a food view and is near to the pool.

All around great experience! Went to the resort for my birthday and went to Chang Thai a few times and the service is tip top! Lovely and professional staff that try their best to cater to our needs! Bew, Marina, Golf and Pream served us really well and the food was amazing. Had the streamed fish and other dishes, everything is aromatic and fresh!

We have just returned from a wonderful two-week stay at Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa Merlin Beach, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the service was impeccable, and every member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. A huge thank you to Tuk, Patty, Giftzy, Pookie, Fernng, Monika, Patrick, Mook, Kik and Fa, who looked after us so beautifully throughout our breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Their warmth, attentiveness and genuine kindness made every meal something we looked forward to each day. They always greeted us with a smile and made us feel incredibly welcome. We would also like to give a special shout-out to the amazing ladies at the Kids Club. They were absolutely fantastic with our daughter and made her time at the resort so much fun. Their energy, care and enthusiasm gave us complete peace of mind and helped make our holiday even more enjoyable. The resort itself is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. What truly sets this resort apart, however, is its exceptional staff, who consistently deliver outstanding service with genuine care. Thank you to everyone at Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa Merlin Beach for making our family holiday so memorable. We are already looking forward to returning and can’t wait to visit again.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel exceeded our expectations with its beautiful ambiance, excellent facilities, and warm hospitality. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making our experience truly memorable. A special mention to JU, who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine warmth made a significant difference and added a personal touch to our experience.

This place never disappoints! We initially stayed in a near by resort as Merlin beach had no availability. As soon as we could we moved resorts as this is by far the best Marriott in Phuket in our opinion. The staff never fail to disappoint us. Nina - MJ and Hana to name but a few. These guys were amazing and looked after us every day especially Nina who appears to work in every outlet a true superstar! We will return soon…. Thank You once more!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel! The property is stunning, with excellent facilities and a fantastic atmosphere. What made our experience truly special was the outstanding service provided by Avm and Oatmilk. We arrived at the hotel around 11:00 AM, much earlier than the standard check-in time. Oatmilk was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with an early check-in. He also kindly arranged a room with a beautiful view of both the ocean and the swimming pool, which was a wonderful surprise. Our two children were absolutely thrilled when they saw the amazing view from the room. Their excitement made the start of our vacation even more memorable. Both Oatmilk and Avm were exceptionally friendly, patient, and professional. They took the time to introduce the hotel's facilities and amenities and explain where everything was located, making it easy for us to settle in and enjoy our stay. We are truly grateful to Oatmilk and Avm for their warm hospitality and outstanding service. Oatmilk's effort to arrange an early check-in and a fantastic room, together with Avm's friendly and attentive assistance, made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. Thank you both for helping create such a memorable family vacation. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Spacious room, good facilities, clean, small but nice kids area in the pool, and variety of restaurants

Staff can be more friendly, we had a couple of bad experiences but again we had good experience with others. The lobby is open and there is no AC , although they put fans everywhere but the weather was very humid. The isolation between rooms should be improved
