Ju has been so considerate and helpful in explaining what to do in and around Phuket! She is very well spoken, polite and gave us great insights into what to do with kids! 100% recommend.

Pinky was great invitingly suggesting this resort. This place is a little slice of paradise. I've traveled the world and the Marriott brand is consistent when staying with them. Staff were great and the rooms were clean. So much to see and do here and all over Thailand. See you next time!

We had a fantastic dining experience at the hotel’s restaurant. The food was exceptional, with every dish beautifully prepared and full of flavour. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal. A special thank you to Golf, MD, Jib and Pream, whose outstanding service made our visit even more memorable. They were attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we had a wonderful experience.

I honestly don't understand the 5 star reviews, I would give it a 3 star at best. Given it is rainy season the hotel is flooded with flies, it really is quite disgusting. I appreciate that this is an issue due to rainy season, however, the hotel needs to address this as it is impossible to eat anywhere without being over run with flies. Not only eating, but even the gym is consumed by flys, its really offputting. Fly's aside (which the hotel really needs to address), the overall property is large. Breakfast is served in the main buffet restaurant and in the beach grill restaurant. I tried both. The one in the main buffet is a shambles, crowded, poor service, flies everywhere. The one in the beach grill is a bit better but with a smaller selection. Check in was a good experience, probably because I am a Marriot platinum elite I got a better service. I can't fault the front desk staff they were exceptional. The starbucks is semi-decent, although takes ages to get a cappucino and even then mine was cold so I asked them to make it ''extra hot''. The Italian restaurant is amazing and the best one out of the lot, great service and great food. The Thai restaurant was also a very good standard. Lobby lounge for me personally had terrible service. In the hotel's defense, given the weather is really bad, everyone is inside, so I think the hotel is just really busy and struggling to handle food/drink orders. Housekeeping was ropey, they made the bed and cleared the towels from the bathroom, but left other things like empty coffee cups, or the blanket my daughter used for a makeshift bed. Kids enjoyed kids club, and the pools are really good and I imagine when the weather is better the pools would be amazing. Overall I don't think I would stay here again.

I really enjoyed staying in my hotel. I will definitely come again and I would especially like to give props to one of the stuff that was very attentive - Ms. Pinky

Our stay was spectacular. The room was very clean and comfortable, all the hotel facilities were perfect for our stay, and the breakfasts offered a variety of options. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Ju and Teddy.
